Quite often, we come across someone who gives us novel ideas bringing happiness. It may be something for which we have been toiling and struggling without an answer or solution. Anything , even a piece of advice whch comes from a friend, or through a speech of someone, or from a book ,or just an insight during a dream… oh, they are beneficial, and we learn

As said already, happiness is what we realise within ourselves. The secret to happiness is the acceptance of yourself as you are, Happiness is an internal state. Money can’t make anyone happy, It is self contentment in mind, which removes worry, and restlessness. Remember, it is our own choice, liberty and right to choose our own destiny. We define our own path and tread on. Remember what all your mother taught you, because it came from the most sacred place of love that exists in this world.
Never argue with any one for anything. Argunements make the heart heavy. The easiest solution and remedy is to forget and forgive.

Be grateful to Krishna for this moment, because it is all there is, available for us to enjoy and live happily.
Atleast try to spend an hour alone with only yourself every day. Go with yourself, never against yourself. You have to be your own best friend. It is essential because you cant walk away from what you say to yourself, as you do with what others say.
Be truthful to yourself and speak the truth always. It will set you free, Your thoughts create the reality.
Remember being kind is more important than being right.
Your heart guides you because it is the best compass showing the right direction.
Love is the supreme expression of life. It alone produces in you creative thoughts.
Kindness is nothing but loving people more than they deserve.
I am giving you some tips for the secret of happiness alphabetically. If you are happy and agree with me please send it to as many of your friends and contacts. so that they can also be happy, and make their contacts and friends also happy by further circulating this.
Without hesitation we all say, we want to be happy in life? But we are not so. We look for it everywhere without realising it WITHIN us.

I have listed below what are the things we should try to do to be happy is given alphabetically :

Accept everyone and everything ”as they are” . No criticism or expectation.

Break away from everything that interrupts your aim to be happy and make everyone happy.

Create ”family” of friends. share with them, your hopes, dreams, sorrows, and happiness.’

Decide and be firm that that you’ll be successful and happy under any circumstances.

Explore and experiment things and action to ensure it brings happiness for all.

Forgive and forget the deeds and words of others. No grudges need be there. Everyone does mistakes.

Grow up hopefully with a positive frame of mind.

Hope always, for the best to serve others..

Ignore the negative thoughts. Nip it in the bud in your mind.

Journey along to enjoy newer vistas, newer possibilities, always with an open mind.

Know that nothing remains bad. Think positively that everything will improve and get better.

Love people, living beings and nature. No place for hatred in the heart. .

Manage your time and expenses prudently.

Never ignore the poor, infirm, helpless, weak, or suffering. Helping them bring immense happiness.

Offer your help and assistance in whatever possible way, with kindness.

Play with children and pets. They are the ”living” happiness born of pure love.

Remember nothing is permanent. Enjoy every minute of your life to be always happy.

Share your talent, skills, knowledge, and time with others. You will get plenty in return.

Try to meet friends whenever possible and speak to them. They are your assets.

Use your time and knowledge to share with other to bring happiness to all.

Value your friendship and relationship with everyone with maximum gratitude.

Work hard every day to be the best person you can be unmindful of your age .The Sun takes no holiday.

X-Ray in the hearts of those around you . You will see nothing but goodness and beauty within.

Yield not to pressures, temptations and greed. Remain dedicated to service with no returns.
