RETROSPECTION – J K SIVAN

WE LIVE  A ROUTINE  LIFE.   –    J K  SIVAN
What do  we do every day?   We  mechanically  get up out of bed, wash, drink a hot coffee or tea, browse the newspaper, dress up, eat some light food, talk  a bit  as a routine on something  related to that day with the family members, and  rush out to work.
Then in the evening we return home with an head ache, or angry, or in a hurry to wash, eat and sleep if we come late or if in a better mood  sit and watch the tv for a while. Day after day this is somewhat  has become our routine..
Did you notice, in what I  stated  above, that even in this routine,  there is some variation.    Some moments are exciting and passionate, some are boring and monotonous, some find us happy, peaceful, and self-confident. Rest of the times, either  we despair, or  feel lonely and have some anxiety.

We have the habit of moving with some people  closely and remain connected, though we find at times, the same people irritating, difficult and hard to move with.

Whatever the newspapers, the tv news, radio report and  local information tell us is  enough about  incidents more  of hatred, violence, and suffering, cheating and murder, than love, peace and kindness and respect for others.  How can any person injected with this in increasing dose every day, be found HAPPY? —  is it not  like some sort of a  slow poisoning….Do you find what you see in Youtubes and various  private channels, what they say about the leaders of various political parties, or what the various political leaders say or reported about… Is it encouraging or disgusting?

Why all these?   what does it really mean? JUST BECAUSE  all of us LEAD A LIFE  of abundant contradictions, distrust, complexity, despair, distrust  and  loneliness.  We  wish and long to witness something  pleasant and appreciable. Will that happen and bring happiness to us?  Dont we need a change?
What is the  meaning of our life? Do we learn from our  experiences, gain some clarity about our own identity and recognise  some sense of purpose?  Do we know that each individual life and experiences make sense and it matters in the the larger scheme of things  and shold bring about  universal happiness and amity.

There are 400 billion stars in our galaxy alone. And there are more than 170 billion galaxies in the observable universe. They all exist in universal order and discipline and function independently in some uniformity and routine  and remain  not harmful.. Our place in this vast universe is  very very small but must be  meaningful to bring satisfaction to ourown self and to others. Every day we live must be purposeful and meaningful creating self satisfaction. Let every one ask ‘what is my contribution in gratitude to this society?”    If there is a purpose and passion in life,  and the passion expressed  through your work,  we will be able to enjoy a greater sense of well-being, happiness and general contentment in life. This has been supported through  many researches  recently but  our ancient Rishis have  told us in volumes already.  he degree to which people find their work to have significance and purpose; the contribution work makes to finding broader meaning in life; and the desire and means for one’s work to make a positive contribution to the greater good.. We become stuck in the daily routines of our lives and work.without any understanding of the purpose of our living.  Most of us  have fears and doubts about our ability to succeed or make a living,  doing what we love.
If you have a sense of joy, purpose, well-being, and engagement in your work, then you have the makings of a meaningful life.  And until you find passion and meaning in your work, fill up the rest of your life with passion.  Let us  discover a way to make a contribution through our work and our passion. This will be your legacy.
Every living  being is  representative of  ENERGY.  Energy and resourcefulness is there always in us, but changes its form. The form it changes to is YOU.  If you feel enthusiastic you are FULL OF ENERGY.  If you feel sad and are sorrowful  you ARE SAPPED OF ENERGY.  If you enjoy with family on a holiday you ARE FULL OF VIGOUR. If you get your salary, increment, promotion you are RESOURSEFUL. ENERGETIC.!!  If you are worried, jealous, envying, you LOSE YOUR ENERGY.  SO YOU ARE THE ENERGY. ”
